Marine Safety Waterways CCTV System for On-Water Activity Monitoring and Video Footage Analysis and Processing

The Contractor will provide a fully managed service to the Department of Transport (Department) that will include all works and services necessary for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of infrastructure required for each site, maintenance of the equipment and provision of CCTV footage and ongoing services (unless otherwise specified).

The Contractor is to provide the following:

1. Provide a fully managed service that delivers live CCTV footage and Alleged Offence Events at the current Designated Locations as follows:
   1. Belmont Water Ski area (Refer to section 6).
   2. Deepwater Point Water Ski area (Refer to section 6).
   3. Point Walter Water Ski area (Refer to section 6).
   4. South Perth Narrows Bridge Personal Water-Craft (PWC) area (Refer to section 6).
2. Supply and operate two (2) mobile and fully transferable CCTV systems that may be used in metropolitan and/or agreed regional locations.
3. Supply and operation of up to an additional four (4) mobile and fully transferable CCTV systems that may be used in metropolitan and/or agreed regional locations, should supplementary funding become available.
4. Supply and installation of CCTV systems at additional fixed sites if required, should supplementary funding become available.
