Description
East Metropolitan Health Services (EMHS) require the provision of Building Condition Assessment (BCA) at St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals (SJGMPPH).
The outcomes will include complete condition assessments of the site architecture and facilities assets, that fulfils the State’s due diligence requirements to ensure that the site and assets are being appropriately serviced and maintained, by the operator, in accordance with the Service Agreement (SA).
