Super SA Print and Mail House Services

Super SA is currently the compulsory superannuation fund for the South Australian public sector. Super SA require the services of a printing and document distribution service (both physical and electronic) for a variety of member communications. Approximately 80,000 general correspondence letters are generated and printed annually (300 letters per day), higher in peak times, and sent to members. Super SA requires that the successful vendor is able to deliver ad-hoc or regular ‘one-off’ mailhouse distributions to our 200,000 members as well as managing business as usual volumes.

Going into a competitive choice of fund Superannuation environment Super SA is looking to partner with a modern mailhouse provider who has an omni-channel communication platform to develop and implement paper based and digital communication solutions. Current services are paper based and these services will be required to continue in the short term as Super SA moves towards an increasingly digital solution.
