Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully invites tenders for the provision of landscaping, minor civil works, playground equipment (design and construct, supply and installation) and irrigtion for the following sites:
Kingfisher Reserve (Lot 50): Development of Kingfisher Reserve into a key public park within the Dry Creek Corridor, including: new pathways (sealed & unsealed), minor civil work, utilisation of site won stone to create sculptural element, new irrigated turf and landscaping and supply and install of park furniture.
Playground Landscaping (Alicante, Verdant and Kaplan Reserves): Preparation of playground areas ready for playground equipment install, install of playground equipment (Kaplan Reserve Only), new irrigated turf, new landscaping, nature play, rock work, minor civil work and supply and installation of park furniture.
