The Department for Child Protection (DCP) has responsibility to provide services for children and young people who are at risk of neglect or harm, and have been removed from their family home.

Accordingly, DCP wishes to establish two (2) separate contracts for Provision of Disability Specific Residential Care Services for a total of four (4) young people (Clients) under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive DCP, until each oldest Client in the placement reaches 18 years of age.

Each contract will comprise a dual placement providing 24/7 therapeutic disability and trauma informed care in a licensed residential facility to be supplied by the Supplier, for two (2) suitably matched Clients.

As the identified Clients are of varying ages (10-15 years) the contracts will have varying terms and extension options commensurate with the age of each oldest Client in the placement.

Respondents may submit offers for either or both of the 2 available contracts, however must meet the entirety of requirement for the contract (i.e. dual placement requirement must be met).
