In the 2002-03 State Budget, the Government committed funding to provide training opportunities for those involved in managing businesses - especially Tasmania's important small business sector. People considering establishing a business or pursuing a career in business management, may also participate. This initiative enables training organisations to submit bids to deliver training programs in 2004 aimed at developing the management skills of those currently or prospectively involved in managing Tasmanian businesses.
