Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 (PLR2) - Planning Approvals Consultant - ISD-18-7441

The contractor will provide a multidisciplinary team of qualified professionals to support the Parramatta Light Rail project Stage 2 as follows: Initial services - Provision of a Scoping Report that complies with Department of Planning and Environment guidelines. Other requirements - Provision of any other requirements needed to support planning approvals, including GIS, CAD and BIM files and stakeholder and community consultation in consultation with TfNSW. The services have been amended to include addition of the following services: Option 1 Services - Provision of all statutory and environmental planning advice together with supporting specialist studies to achieve concept level planning approval of the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 project, including the preparation of Corridor Environmental Impact Statement and Submissions Reports. This engagement has since been varied to include: additional reports Extension of Time.
