WP A cITS Planning and Professional Services

~~Invitation to Offer No. TMR17616 - Provision of Planning Professional Services (Package A) for the Cooperative and Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) Pilot Project.

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking proposals for the provision of Planning Professional Services (Package A) for the Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) Pilot Project. The Contractor will be responsible for sourcing professional services contractors to manage the delivery of the solution design and pilot deployment plan for the C-ITS Pilot Project, using an agile ‘sprint’ methodology.

The Contractor’s core team will consist of up to 2 FTE resources on a full time basis for approximately 18 months, working on-site with the C-ITS Pilot Team at the Department’s premises. The Contractor will also source and manage a range of Subject Matter Expert (SME) resources from third party organisations to assist in the delivery of the solution design and pilot deployment Plan.

The Contractor will be a partner to the Department in the Planning and Deployment phases of the Pilot and hence it is the Department’s intention to not award contracts for the other Work Packages, comprising the C-TIS Pilot, to the successful Contractor for this Invitation.
