The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for MT GRAVATT TAFE - AOTI PROJECTS - CONCOURSE AND AMPHITHEATRE WORKS.

Mt Gravatt TAFE campus, 1030 Cavendish Rd, Mount Gravatt, QLD 4122

Description of Works:

Full refurbishment of the concourse, amphitheatre and connected areas. Including demolition, new floor finishes, new landscaping, outdoor fixtures, digital displays, remediations to existing elements, painting, new services, lighting, supply and placement of new loose and fixed furniture, audio-visual and equipment.

• Minimum PQC Level 2 required
• Office in Brisbane
• Quality Assurance Management System AS/NZS ISO 9001

Mandatory Site Visit:

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday 7th September 2020, 10-11am. Meet at the entry to F Block. A maximum of two (2) representatives may attend. We request email confirmation (via email [email hidden]) of your company’s attendance, 1 working day prior to the scheduled inspection date.
