Noosa District State High School Ceiling Replacement

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ceiling
Replacement Project at Noosa District State High School (Pomona Campus), located at 120 Summit Rd, Pomona QLD 4568.

The works includes replacement of ceilings to Blocks G and M, new ventilation to roof cavity and minor works and sealing to existing roofs in Blocks G and M. The position of the buildings are in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 24 July 2020

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

•  Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
•  Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
