Springwood Road State School - Drainage Remediation

The Department of Education (DET) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified Contractors for the construction of drainage remediation works at Springwood Road State School (“The Works”).

Submissions from Principal Contractors are sought with experience working in schools on drainage remediation and earthworks. The project will be procured under a Medium Works Contract.

Site Visit Details: 7:00am Tuesday 06 February, 2018. Meet outside school gate on Narelle Crescent.

Additional Information: The proposed drainage project at Springwood Road SS is for the purpose of reducing erosion from overland flow and remediation of grassed play space. The works entail forming of swales, concreting, sub surface drainage, turfing and creation of building platfroms in an area that will have restricted access to staff and students. Experience on live school sites is essential with the project being procured under DHPW Medium Works contract with Special conditions
