Purchase Order Disclosure – DS / ZOLL - R Series Plus with Pacing - Q DR120920251Due to clinical preference and demand for a particular device model R-SeriesPLUS (w/Pacing) we are having to swap 20 machines from the original procurement. We have negotiated with ZOLL to get these machines swapped without applying 25% restocking charges. The cost of the returned devices will be credited to this PO and HNE will only pay the price difference invoiced.
