Tamrookum State School Covered Structure with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a covered structure and additional associated works at Tamrookum State School, located at 9019 Mount Lindesay Hwy, Tamrookum QLD 4285 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The works include the construction of a covered structure, rejuvenation of outdoor sports courts, and provision of a new covered link. Works are to be undertaken in an operational school site. All works are to be completed by June 30 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000
