Redcliffe Hospital L2 Operating Theatre & Recovery Redevelopment - Contractor

Metro North Hospital and Health Service (Metro North) invites you to submit an offer for the provision of Principal Contractor (PC) services to reconfigure the existing decommissioned Redcliffe Hospital Level 2 Sterilizing Department and current Recovery area to the following:

• Construct new Operating Theatre including Anaesthetic Induction and Scrubs rooms;
• Refurbish existing 11 Bed recovery to include 13 Recovery bays;
• Construct new Anaesthetics Department Offices;
• Construct a new Plant Room on the Hospital Level 3 South podium; including
• Construct a new Communications Room on the Hospital Level 3 North podium.

The project is adjacent to six (6) existing Operating Theatres and a Clean Corridor that will be used to transport patients from Theatre to a temporary Recovery room during construction.
