Morningside State School - Oval Redevelopment (With Design Responsibility)

The Morningside State School is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the oval redevelopent project at Morningside State School, located at 67 Pashen Street, Morningside, QLD 4170.

The scope of works includes tiered seating, hard and soft landscaping and resurfacing of the oval. All works are to be completed by May 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

·Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

·Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
