Supply of Healthy Vending Machines

Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) wishes to establish a new License Agreement for the provision of food and beverage vending machines at various locations across GCHHS facilities on the Gold Coast.

Vending machine products required under this arrangement will be cold drinks, hot drinks and food. GCHHS is looking for a vendor who will supply, stock and maintain these machines.

Keeping Queenslanders Healthy is a key government priority and GCHHS recognises the importance of promoting healthy food choices at our facilities. Suppliers are encouraged to consider relevant market innovations and trends in their Offer that would align to these key objectives.

GCHHS also recognises that supporting local businesses can positively contribute to the employment and the overall health of the local community. Suppliers are also encouraged to consider relevant local content in their Offer.

At the conclusion of this ITO process, it is anticipated that a single vending machine supplier will be established under a Licence agreement for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) extension options of up to 24 months each.
