Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Teaching Block A at Coopers Plains State School, located at 61 Orange Grove Road, Coopers Plains 4108 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).
The new building is single level and contains 4 Classrooms and 1 Staff Room. All works are to be completed by 25 January 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
