Mansfield State High School - Administration and Staffroom Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new staffroom and reconfiguration of the existing administration block at Mansfield State High School, located at the corner of Broadwater and Ham Road, Mansfield QLD 4122.

The works include construction of a new staffroom in an existing undercroft area in Block C and reconfiguration of the existing office spaces in the administration block to create additional spaces. Works are to commence in January 2023 and be completed by March 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
