Parkhurst State School - Car Park (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new car park at Parkhurst SS , located at 11 Mason Avenue, Parkhurst QLD 4702, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.

The works include a new car park consisting of 16 spaces, new fencing, drainage and new motorised gate. The position of the works is at the rear of the school with easy site access and ample working space. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2023

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

·Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

·Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
