Currajong State School - External Paint Various Blocks

Department Of Education is undertaking general repairs and painting work at Currajong State School

The works being undertaken include but are not limited to:

Pre-paint and painting works to 4 Blocks and several covered walkways at Currajong State School but not limited to replacement of rotten/ damaged timbers, removal of obsolete services, and replacement of damaged step treads & handrails.

All works undertaken are in line with the DoE specification documentation and guidelines.

All works are to be like-for-like replacements unless specified otherwise.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
