The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a professional grounds maintenenace contract at the Dept of Agriculture and Fisheries Facility on Tor St Toowomba.

Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:

•  The provision of labour, equipment, and products to provide; lawn maintenance including
• mowing, slashing, edging blowing raking and hosing
•  Weed control and management
•  Tree trimming and heing
•  Irrigation of lawns, plants, and garden beds
•  Mulching of gardens
•  Pressure washing concrete pathways
•  Keeping gutters and drains clear of debris
•  Providing plant equipment to undertake the services, herbicides and equipment to perform the
• work
•  Ensure safety of personnel and visitors, providing work method statements, and site safety plan
