Goods or services supplied

The design consultant is to undertake the following services: 1. Undertake a desktop review of background documentation to inform the detailed design. 2. Undertake initial site inspection to assess site conditions. 3. Undertake a review of subsidence hazards at the Sunny Corner Mine site that may impact the proposed remediation works. 4. Prepare a Design Options Report for the works including preparation of at least two (2) concept design options. 5. Undertake a detail survey of the site to inform the detailed design. 6. Undertake geotechnical investigations including non-intrusive methods such as geophysical survey and ground penetrating radar (GPR). 7. Undertake soil sampling and testing (geotechnical and geochemical) of the nominated stockpiled borrow material from the Bobs Creek Quarry. 8. Prepare a Geotechnical Investigation Report that details the methodology, test results and findings from the geotechnical site investigations. 9. Undertake design development of remediation works to inform the development of a detailed design that is construct only except for the Southern waste rock cut quantities and fill for the open pits. 10. Prepare draft detailed design documentation drawings for a construct only contract. 11. Prepare Final Detailed Design Documentation of the preferred remediation option. 12. Prepare Issued For Construction (IFC) documentation of the preferred remediation option.
