Supply of Electricity to nominated Queensland Musuem Facilities

Electricity Retail Offerors licensed in Queensland are invited to submit offers for the provision of the contestable Supply of Electricity at three (3) Queensland Museum franchise sites located at the Museum of Tropical Queensland in Townsville, Cobb & Co Museum in Toowoomba and the Queensland Museum’s storage annexe at Hendra for a period of fourteen (14) months.

The Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the offeror holds a Retail Authority under the Queensland Electricity Act 1994 for the retail supply of electricity in Queensland.

Please ensure offers are submitted as per the Invitation to Offer (ITO) document, Section 1 - Invitation to Offer details. As detailed in Item 12 of this section, the cut off for submission of questions is 5:00pm Friday, 16 September 2011.

STAGE 1: Offer Responses close at 2:00PM (strictly) Thursday, 22 September 2011 by the method as indicated in Section 1, item 6 of the ITO.

STAGE 2: Pricing Responses will close in accordance with the Invitation to Offer document, at the time, date and method as indicated in Section 1, item 7 of the ITO.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING OFFER DOCUMENTS and OFFER SUBMISSIONS:

1. The QM 002 2012 ITO v1 Final 9-9-11 in pdf format is a full ITO version (including response forms) to be used for reference by Offerors.
2. The QM 002 2012 ITO v1 Final - Section 6 – STAGE 1 and Section 7 - STAGE 2 Response Forms 9-9-11 word format documents are the documents Offerors are to submit their responses on.
3. Please ensure when submitting your response, you entered the name of your organisation making the Offer in each Response Form where space has been provided.
4. Please ensure that all Response Forms remain in their current format and are not transposed onto Offeror letterhead or similar.
