Particulars
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is currently undertaking an urban renewal project on a State Significant Precinct that is a part of the Redfern – Waterloo Authority Sites, also known as the Redfern North Eveleigh Precinct. Design services are required to support the rezoning of the Paint Shop Sub-Precinct through an amendment to the State Environmental Planning Policy (State Significant Precincts) 2005 (SEPP SSP). The intention is to transform the area into a vibrant innovation precinct that provides a wide mix of employment and commercial uses as well as enhance the public domain and amenity to create an overall public benefit.
