The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) seeks to engage a high quality service provider to assist DFAT in the operation of the Australian pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010.The scope of works will include the recruitment, training and oversight of pavilion attendants, administration and hospitality staff as well as management of the day to day pavilion operations including VIP events and functions.The successful tenderer will also have the opportunity to operate and manage two retail areas at the Australian pavilion and will be capable of providing high quality services in both Australia and China.
