Description
Geoscience Australia is seeking tenders from professional organisations that can provide a high standard of capability in the delivery of Financial Management and Information System (FMIS) Application Support and Database Administration Services.
The Services include:
a) Application Support Services, including: application support,
management and application implementation services.
b) Database Administration Services, including: database placement,creation, monitoring and management; monitoring of databaseperformance; database development, testing, production andimplementation; and management of version upgrades, patches andtesting.
c) Related Services, including: problem resolution; project
management; FMIS expert advice; business process improvement;
configuration management and testing; customisations maintenance
and implementation; assistance with tools; hardware capacity
planning; and training of system administration and user staff.
