Training services including Certificate IV and Diploma Courses in Government Investigations

The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman (the Customer and also referred to as the FWO) is seeking to engage one or more Suppliers to deliver a range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) services, including:

• delivery of PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government Investigations courses;
• delivery of PSP50416 Diploma of Government Investigations courses;
• development of contextualised learning resources that reflect FWO policies, procedures and training needs;
• delivery of learning workshops (in person or virtual) that accommodate all Australian time zones;
• provision of an efficient recognition of prior learning (RPL) pathway;
• support and guidance of candidates from enrolment to issuance of certificates or diplomas; and
• other VET and/or learning and development services, as required.
