Remediation and refurbishment of four (4) existing buildings at Fort Gellibrand. Scope includes paint removal and repainting, architectural repairs and finishes, removal of asbestos containing material, design and construction of new power supply and electrical upgrade works, fire protection services upgrade, HVAC and mechanical services and structural upgrades to the buildings.
