Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking offers for Civil, Electrical and Landscape Works Construction – Stage 3 and Lot V002, Carseldine Village.

The Carseldine Village (CV) Civil, Electrical and Landscape Construction Contract - Stage 3 is required to provide serviced residential land for the Customer to sell to the selected builders who will commence construction of the approved accommodation planned for Stage 3 at Carseldine Village.

Stage 3 of the Carseldine Village (CV) will deliver an additional 53 terrace lots. The scope of works for Stage 3 will also include:

• balance of Stage 2 landscape works (delayed to avoid damage during the construction of Stage 2 terrace home builds) which will be delivered as part of the Stage 3 landscape works.
• bring forward works associated with the creation / servicing of Stage V – proposed Lot V002, being the new childcare centre site required to relocate C&K from its existing centre.

As part of the scope, the civil contractor will be responsible for the delivery of electrical / NBN and landscape works, noting that the Stage 3 civil and landscape works have been fully documented in this tender.
