Replacement of Entry Turnstiles

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Replacement of Entry Turnstiles located in the Parliamentary Annexe Building, at 69 Alice Street, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

• Demolition and disposal of existing turnstiles;
• Supply and installation of new turnstiles that meet the Functional Specification;
• Inclusion of any electrical services or specific trades required for the supply and installation of new turnstiles;
• Integration with the Honeywell swipe card security system;
• Make good of all surfaces, penetrations and services;
• Provide construction drawings for approval;
• Provision of any WHS documentation prior to work commencing to ensure safe operations while on-site at the Parliamentary precinct;
• 12 month defect and liability period;
• Ability to perform work out of hours and provide safe access during normal working hours;
• All works must be completed in compliance with the Parliament House Precinct House Rules and Building Works Requirements; and
• Capability of completing the installation before 30 June 2022.
