Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (“the Customer”) delivers Oral Health Services to eligible patients across the local population. Services consist of routine and emergency care.

To ensure patients have equitable access to healthcare and are treated within clinically appropriate timeframes, the Customer partners with local healthcare providers to deliver some services in order to manage demand.

Under this arrangement, Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service will provide eligible patients with a voucher for specific dental services and will support them to book an appointment with a member of the PSP in their area. The Supplier will redeem the voucher by invoicing the services back to Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service.

This PSP is intended for oral health practices, Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service will not be awarding contracts to individual dental practitioners.
