We the Differents Content Management

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the delivery of ongoing content management for the We The Differents website and supporting communication activity for audience engagement.

Scope:
The Department of Education is seeking a suitable Supplier for the delivery of website content creation and management, including:
(a) full time management of the development of appropriate website content and audience engagement action, within project tone and style while achieving desired outcomes;
(b) creation and implementation of project plans (including creation of online content, in line with funding allocations outlined below) outlining key content and engagement topics relevant to a youth audience and education engagement (for website content) and outlining appropriate channels for engagement with messaging;
(c) strategic oversight of tone and messaging in line with project aims and audience insights, including engagement of a creative agency for development of high quality multimedia content (content to be endorsed by DoE);
(d) creation, publishing and management of website multimedia content featuring a youth voice (content endorsed by DoE) in line with project aims outlined above and within project budget;
(e) regular review and monthly reporting of website activity, (reach, traffic, user support requirements, search terms and engagement activity), with analysis and recommendations to inform future content; and
(f) use of market research and project strategy for the We The Differents project, which will be supplied to the Supplier to guide and support content management activity.

The following is out-of-scope for this Contract:
(a) website hosting, patching and maintenance services. These services will be contracted and managed by DoE to ensure the website remains functional for the entire project period.
(b) website updates and/or modifications are not included in the scope of this contract and will be managed by DoE.
(c) Media placement and any related advertising buy is out of scope for this project.
(d) All data collection for reporting purposes must be anonymous or de-identified at the time of collection. No personal or identifiable user data may be collected from website audiences, stored or accessed by the Supplier for purposes that are not explicitly linked to this project as per Part B – Contract Details, Clause 18 of 3.4 - Contract Conditions Departures.
