B Block Refurbishment at Edens Landing State School

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for B Block Refurbishment located at Edens Landing State School at Jamie Nicholson Ave, Edens Landing 4207.

Project Details:

• Design and Construct Contract
• Design completed up to Schematic Design stage, D&C Contractor to develop and complete the remaining design documenatation.
• Refurbishment of existing GLAs in B Block, two storey building, four GLAs per level. Total eights nos of GLAs.
• Optional Scope of work - Outdoor Learning Area on both levels of B Block
• Live site in School Environment
• Tight on-site programe during School Holiday
• Tenderers MUST demonstrate previous experience on similar projects of above in their Tender Submission.
