Description
Centrelink seeks Tenders from suitable service providers for the supply of a complete ‘off-the-shelf’ data modeling software package to undertake the final stage of the data mining process that will support the work of Centrelink’s Data Mining section. The key function of the Data Mining section is the development of predictive models based on risk that are used to select customers for review.
Centrelink is seeking a service provider who:
- can supply and install, for the purpose of acceptance testing, the software to Centrelink’s Canberra office by 16 January 2011 or earlier.
- have the proven ability to complete the initial installation and set-up of the data modeling software including the ability to support and provide any necessary configuration to enable the tendered solution to successfully operate within the Centrelink infrastructure.
- have suitable internal resources and capabilities to maintain the software for both the warranty period and the ongoing support period;
- have the capability to provide comprehensive training in the software; (i) user operation; and (ii) installation, configuration and tuning.
