Description of the goods and services to be provided
The RAA is seeking to implement a loan management solution to automate and streamline the entire loan lifecycle, including loan assessment, reporting, customer self-service, and monitoring. To support the implementation of this project RAA will need to engage the services of a vendor to assist with data migration activities and the decommissioning of our current Salesforce Org. Data migration will require an in-depth understanding of the RAA current and future systems including Salesforce and SAP/MyWorkZone systems which form the basis of the source data.
