Description
The Minister for the Environment is undertaking the initial statutory review of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), as required by section 277 of the Act. The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA; the Customer), as the administrator of the Act, is seeking to appoint a review panel to assist the Minister to undertake the review, as described in this Request.
