Support the phased rollout of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system using Salesforce. The partner will be responsible for configuring and customising Salesforce to meet defined Minimum Viable Product (MVP) business requirements, integrating the platform with existing systems (including data migration), and providing change management support to ensure successful adoption. Additional responsibilities include developing technical and support documentation, and delivering knowledge transfer and training to internal teams. This phased approach is designed to deliver immediate business value through MVP delivery, while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements aligned with evolving organisational needs.
