Implementation and Support of Workflow Management Solution

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC, the Customer) currently uses a task management system to perform automated workflows across the entire organisation to manage the tracking of ministerial and general correspondence. This automation enables the streamlining of several business processes within the Department. The current proprietary software applications are no longer fit for purpose. The Customer has an existing task management and workflow solution which is a model driven Microsoft application. and has the required Microsoft Power Apps licensing. As a result the Customer would like to move away from the existing task management system and move to the Microsoft solution. This procurement will therefore be to re-purpose and enhance the Microsoft solution which will require further development and reconfiguration, testing, deployment, training as well as the ongoing support and maintenance.
