Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake undercover area upgrade at Cloverdale Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to the upgrade of the existing school undercover area, including the installation of new entry roller shutter doors, a new Big Ass Fan (BAF) or approved equivalent for improved ventilation, the enclosure and finishing of the existing ceiling, and the supply and installation of new floor tile coverings throughout the undercover area to provide a durable and visually consistent finish.
