Program Review (Evaluation) of the Department of Communities Mobile Outreach Initiative (CUAAFA2018)

The Department of Communities (Communities) is seeking to engage an independent and experienced Contractor through the common use arrangement CUAAFA2018 to: Co-design a Program Logic and develop updated Progress Report template for contractual reporting for service providers to Communities for the Mobile Outreach Initiative (MOI); andUndertake a Summative Evaluation for the MOI to demonstrate progress against MOI activities and outcomes. The evaluation will identify: gaps and opportunities in service provision; strength and value of the service model; systemic barriers; and make recommendations to improve the MOI. Contractors are to refer to the quote form Part A and attachment 1 for the full statement of requirements and complete Part B and return by uploading onto Tenders WA by the closing day and time.
