- Earthworks including removal of bitumen, regrading and placing of topsoil
- Walling including mortared stone wall & feature rocks for retaining embankment
- Minor concrete works
- Supply & install landscape furniture including shelters, electric barbecue, drink fountain, seats and picnic table
- Supply & install half court basketball & netball courts including linemarking
- Tree planting
- Hydroseeding
