The Purchase of Quality Management System Audit Services for the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority (NOPSA)

This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued as NOPSA is seeking to procure assistance to conduct the following three services, delivered in two packages, over the next three years;

Package A: Gap Analysis and External Audit for Certification

• Service 1. Conduct a Gap Analysis to establish NOPSA's readiness to proceed with internal auditing and attainment of quality management certification;
• Service 2. Initial and ongoing External Audit for Certification of NOPSA's quality management system.

Package B: Internal Auditing

• Service 3. Initial and ongoing Internal Audits of regulatory business processes; review proposed audit schedule; assist with triggered audits as required; mentor NOPSA's Quality Assurance Officer in responding to the findings/recommendations of audit reports; mentor NOPSA's Quality Assurance Officer in the documenting of the internal auditing policy and procedures.
