Southern Region – Routine Maintenance – Provision of Planned Maintenance for Nominated Doors & Gates
This Request is to establish a Contract for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and identification of faults for nominated Doors & Gates to maintain safe operational condition.
BMW are seeking companies with suitable experience and qualifications to provide these Services.
Typical equipment / systems requiring routine servicing include but are not limited to:
Commercial/Industrial Roller doors and shutters, Commercial/Industrial Tilt doors and shutters; Commercial/Industrial Bi-fold doors, Automatic doors – sliding and swing; Automatic gates – sliding and swing, Operable walls, Appliance room doors, Fire engine doors, Boom Gates.
Package 1 – Albany
Package 2 – Bunbury
Package 3 – Narrogin
