Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Building Management and Works and Department of Education are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Classroom Refreshment works at Bungaree Primary School and South Lake Primary School.
PFM reserves the right to award the works as a single Contract or multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time.
Scope of Works
The Works may include but not necessarily be limited to:
- Painting works
- Tiling works
- Floor covering replacements – Vinyl and Carpet
- Replace block out Blinds
- Minor structural repairs
- Optional - Toilet Refreshment works
