Description
The Public Transport Authority (PTA), through its Network and Infrastructure Division (N&I), carries out routine building maintenance to ensure the longevity of its assets.
The N&I allocates a significant portion of its operating budget to the building maintenance requirements on the metropolitan rail network. These requirements encompass a variety of trades and tasks that are required on a regular basis and can range from small once-off activities such as repairing a door, to larger projects such as office modifications.
For this purpose PTA intends to set up a Panel arrangement of contractors for the provision of these services.
