Description
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) is a government department responsible for a number of emergency services in Western Australia (WA).
DFES primary role is to help prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from diverse hazards including fire, floods, cyclones and major accidents. DFES is staffed by professional operational and corporate personnel; and supported by many thousands of volunteers throughout the WA community.
Essential for the command and control of day-to-day operations is a reliable and robust two-way radio communications network. An integral part of the radio communication system are the Radio Dispatch Consoles which are located at the primary and back-up Control Rooms at Cockburn and Belmont in Perth WA.
DFES requires the supply and support of Radio Dispatch Console equipment with a state-of-the-art system that must support the evolving needs of the Department
