Description
HSS requires the engagement of a Program Consultant for Stage 2 Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Program. An EMR is both a medical record and a suite of capabilities that support clinical care and workflows across care settings. The procurement of the EMR represents significant investment and change for the WA health system. WA Health has commenced the journey toward a statewide EMR through the development of an EMR roadmap and investment in the first stage of digitisation. The EMR Program is being delivered in two (2) stages. Stage 1 builds learnings and experience of successful whole-of-system transformation and change to de-risk and set the foundations for Stage 2. The role will be utilised to support the deliverables required of Stage 2. The EMR Program team is seeking one (1) Program Consultant to provide technical, governance, and complex program and project management advisory support to the EMR Program. The Program Consultant will assist with governance structure uplifts, senior stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, and the development of key strategic and planning program documentation such as the PDP and PID.
