The work comprises of the relocation of six demac transportable buildings from Gillman to Golden Grove Primary School and subsequent upgrading to form a new resource centre with associated siteworks and services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close.
