A. A new 2 storey boarding house of 667m2 located at Victoria Street, Victor Harbor. Includes masonry construction, suspended concrete floor, lightweight cladding to the upper floor and associated services and siteworks. B. Six new 2 bedroom units (two two storey, four single storey) totalling 490m2 at Kingsford Smith Street, Victor Harbor. Includes masonry and lightweight construction, framed upper floors, and associated services and siteworks. Suitably experienced contractors are invited for either or both of the above projects. Tenders should be submitted as detailed in the specification and clearly marked for Component A, Component B or Both.
