Description
The South Australian Department of Justice is responsible for the acquisition of helicopter services to assist in medical evacuation, ambulance, police surveillance, and search and rescue. The contract for the provision of those services will expire in 2002 and the services of a suitably qualified firm are required to provide technical advice to a project sub-committee. The successful firm will be required to assist with, and advise on: · technical matters that have the potential to affect the quality of service · the development of technical specifications that will form part of a tender document · technical characteristics and operational capability of different types of helicopters and their suitability · assessment of tender responses
